Podoliak about Arestovych: I communicated with him until he started having these deviations

The statements made by the former advisor to the Presidential Office, Oleksiy Arestovych, in interviews and on social media are strange. Thus, exclusively for UNN, after the President's press conference, the advisor to the head of the OP Mykhailo Podolyak commented on Arestovych's statements.

I believe that if you adhere to the principle that there is Ukraine, which is a direct victim of military aggression, you cannot condemn this country, you cannot find anything there. You can say constructively that more effective decisions need to be made, but you cannot say, "Look at the situation in Russia today, they are freer there, that Putin says that our nations are fraternal. You can't behave like that. You were part of the Presidential Office team, you gave certain signals during the year and a half of war. Of course, you have the right to comment that there are some ineffective operational decisions, but you have to show that Ukraine is a cool country. Everything

At the same time, he confirmed that Arestovych is currently abroad.

"He (Arestovych - ed.) is abroad. I don't know where he is right now, I'm not foreign intelligence," Podoliak said, smiling.

Podoliak also said whether he is currently in contact with Aristovych.

"I talked to him until he started having these deviations, let's put it delicately," Podolyak summarized.
