The personal information of applicants from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is encrypted in all information systems. This provides an additional level of security and makes it impossible for the occupation authorities to identify individuals.

The personal information of applicants from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is encrypted in all information systems that process admission documents for security purposes. This was reported by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, UNN reports .

Details

It is noted that the names of applicants whose place of registration is TOT or who have moved from the temporarily occupied regions after February 24, 2022, are encrypted in all information systems used to process admission documents.

Such encryption provides an additional level of security and helps to avoid possible risks. After all, it is impossible to decrypt such information, so representatives of the occupation authorities will not be able to identify who the person is,

- Lubinets emphasized.

Recall

For Ukrainians living in the temporarily occupied territories, special conditions apply, which provide the possibility not to take the unified professional entrance test and the unified entrance exam for the specialty.
