It is noted that the names of applicants whose place of registration is TOT or who have moved from the temporarily occupied regions after February 24, 2022, are encrypted in all information systems used to process admission documents.
Such encryption provides an additional level of security and helps to avoid possible risks. After all, it is impossible to decrypt such information, so representatives of the occupation authorities will not be able to identify who the person is,
