Pensions may be suspended for residents of temporarily occupied territories (TOT) who have not submitted a statement of non-receipt of payments from the Russian Federation by April 1.
Kyiv • UNN
Residents of TOT must confirm non-receipt of payments from the Russian Federation by April 1, 2026. Without a corresponding statement, the accrual of Ukrainian pensions may be suspended.

Pensioners living in temporarily occupied territories or those who have left them may have their payments suspended if they have not submitted a statement confirming they do not receive a pension from the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as conveyed by UNN.
Details
This refers to those who underwent physical identification in 2025–2026 but have not yet confirmed that they do not receive payments from Russian authorities.
To continue receiving their pension, such individuals must submit a notification by April 1, 2026.
If this is not done, pension payments may be suspended. However, they can be reinstated – to do this, an application must be submitted with confirmation that payments from the Russian Federation are not being received.
The Pension Fund clarified that such a notification is submitted once, if circumstances do not change.
