Ukrainian guerrillas have discovered Russian air defense systems that have been relocated to the Russian city of Tula to strengthen the protection of a local oil depot. This was reported by UNN with reference to the underground movement "ATESH".

It is noted that the Pantsir S1 surface-to-air missile system was deployed here.
