The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has officially recognized that the Russian media RT and Sputnik are spreading disinformation. This is enshrined in the resolution "Foreign Interference".
PACE has officially recognized that Russian media outlets RT and Sputnik spread disinformation and fakes. This was announced by a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, reports UNN.
According to the MP, the corresponding amendment was added to the resolution "Foreign interference is a threat to democratic security in Europe".
This may seem obvious to everyone, but this information is officially recorded for the first time in a document of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. And this is the basis for creating problems for such "media"
