Since 2022, the number of utility debts in Ukraine has increased by 37%. As of July, 701,000 proceedings were recorded, with the largest number of debtors in Dnipropetrovska, Kharkivska, and Donetska oblasts.

The number of utility bills increased by 6.3%. Overall, the number of debts has increased by 37% since the start of the full-scale war. Also, according to Opendatabot, 701,000 debt collection proceedings have been registered in Ukraine for housing and communal services, as of July.

- Dnipropetrovs'k region - more than 100 thousand proceedings
- Kharkiv region - 94.8 thousand;
- Donetsk region - 79.7 thousand
Non-payment for heating: UAH 258.8 thousand, or 36.9% of all debts. The second place is taken by debts for water supply: 18,6%.
