Since the beginning of the year, almost 12,000 fines for violations of military registration have been transferred to the Enforcement Service by the TCC. During the first half of this year, the number of fines sent to the executive service from the TCC exceeded last year's figure for the entire year. This is evidenced by the data of Opendatabot, UNN writes.
Since the beginning of the year, almost 12,000 fines for violations of military registration have been transferred from the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCCs) to the Enforcement Service. During the first half of this year, the number of fines from the TCCs received by the Enforcement Service exceeded the total number of fines for the entire last year.
The ability to check fines for violations of military registration in respect of which enforcement proceedings have been initiated is now available in Opendatabot.
Since the beginning of the year, the TCC has submitted 11,798 fines for violation of military registration rules for enforcement, which already exceeds the total number of fines collected for the entire last year, which amounted to 10,337. Of these, 4,236 fines have already been closed, and 7,562 are still being collected from debtors.
It should be understood that we are not talking about all fines imposed by the TCC for violating the rules of military registration, but only those that were transferred to the executive service for enforcement. Accordingly, the violators were entered into the Unified Register of Debtors. The opening of such enforcement proceedings may result in the seizure of the debtor's funds and property, which will be used to repay the debt
