In the Russian city of Orsk, the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery has been suspended after a dam on the Ural River broke again. This is stated in the company's statement on Telegram, UNN reports .

Due to the abnormal flooding, in order to avoid environmental risks and to comply with safety regulations, primarily related to occupational safety, the Orsk Oil Refinery has temporarily suspended operations,
