In the Luhansk region, the Russian occupiers have launched a new wave of forced mobilization, men aged 18 to 30 are going to be taken to military commissariats in the occupied territories by force, and the invaders demand that the forced passportization be completed by 2026, the Luhansk RMA reported on Saturday, UNN writes.

"The spring wave of forced mobilization in the so-called "lpr" began with the conscription of men born in 1994-2006," the RMA said in a Facebook post.

The RMA points out that those who turned 18 last year or this year will be found quickly, because the young occupiers have been collecting personal data for two years, in particular through educational institutions. Their whereabouts are known.

"Also, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the 'lpr' received an order to take all necessary measures to establish the actual location of citizens who do not report to military commissariats and to bring them by force," the RMA said.

"The coercive campaign will last from April to July. The relevant decree has been signed by the occupation authorities of the region," the RMA said.

It is also stated that "the Kremlin once again emphasized the need for a full passportization of the population in the occupied territories." "According to the invaders, it has already been "completed" at least twice. But when an increased turnout was needed for the presidential re-election, the problem reappeared. That is why it was allowed to vote without Russian-type documents, and in some places - without documents at all. The next deadline for full compulsory passportization is 2026," the statement said.

In addition, the occupants are reportedly continuing to storm Bila Tserkva.

"Russians stormed Bilohorivka both day and night. The enemy has an advantage in the air there. All his ground attempts were repelled. An air strike was also carried out on Novoyehorivka. Nevske, Bilohorivka and the territory of Serebryansky forest came under artillery pressure yesterday," said Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk RMA, commenting on the security situation in the region.
