Russian shelling of Konstantinovka with an X-38 missile killed 11 people and wounded 44. Private houses, a shopping center, a post office and other facilities were damaged, and rescue operations are underway.
As a result of Russian troops' attack on Kostyantynivka with an X-38 missile, 11 people were killed and 44 wounded, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Friday, UNN reports.

"Kostyantynivka: 11 dead and 44 wounded as a result of Russian strike on the town," the State Emergency Service reported on social media.
It is known that the occupants used an X-38 missile to fire. At least four private houses, a shopping center, a post office, shops, a car wash, and cars were damaged, the State Emergency Service said.
