National project to train digital transformation leaders launches in Ukraine

Ukraine has initiated the CDTO Campus project to train digital transformation specialists to implement digital reforms and support civil servants in the digital sphere. The project aims to educate leaders with digitalization skills who will drive change in government agencies and regions.
Ukraine is launching the CDTO Campus project. Its goal is to provide the state with qualified specialists to implement digital reforms, as well as to train and support civil servants working in the field of digital transformation. This was reported by the government portal, according to UNN.

It is noted that digital transformation is one of the of the state's priorities. The government wants every government agency, community, and city to be able to independently could independently manage the transformation processes. This requires people with leadership skills, digitalization skills, and the ability to initiate and implement changes, create teams, and communicate the project properly.
Ukraine was one of the first countries in the world to introduce the position of CDTO. Currently, 55 digital transformation deputies are currently working in ministries, regional administrations, and city councils. These are the people who have become drivers of digital change. We need more effective managers, who will accelerate digitalization at the national and regional levels. That's why we are launching CDTO Campus, a place where digital leaders are formed. We have developed programs that will help improve the knowledge and skills of current.
CDTO Campus is a strategic project for Ukraine, as it will will allow to scale the goals and projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation across across the country. In addition, its success will accelerate reforms that will speed up our European choice.
