Naftogaz announces completion of integration of regional and city gas companies

Naftogaz Group is completing the integration of 27 regional and city gas companies, ensuring the stable operation of the gas infrastructure in Ukraine. For customers, the operation of these companies remains unchanged.
Naftogaz Group has announced the completion of the planned integration of regional and city gas companies. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of Naftogaz.

On Tuesday, four more gas distribution companies were transferred to the group's management: "Tysmenytsiagaz, Korostyshivgaz, Luhanskgaz and Melitopolgaz.

It is noted that the last two enterprises are located in the temporarily occupied territories, so operational management will be carried out after de-occupation.
As a result, the group operates 27 gas distribution companies that were planned to be transferred to state control by the end of this year.

Naftogaz reminded that personal accounts and tariffs for distribution services remain unchanged for customers of integrated gas distribution companies.
