In particular, Microsoft is investing in the development of cloud services in Ukraine. The corporation has already provided more than $540 million in free services, technical support, equipment, and grants.

This year, Microsoft will again extend access to the cloud for Ukraine. State-owned enterprises, regional authorities, schools, universities, and hospitals will use the clouds free of charge until the end of 2024

- the post says.

Addendum

The head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation explained that this significantly helps in the digitalization of government agencies and data protection. Yes, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, there have been cases when Russians destroyed Ukrainian archives and offices. However, this did not create a collapse in the state, as the most important data is in cloud storage.

Invaluable support for Ukraine in times of war, when most of the budget goes to the needs of the Defense Forces, social sphere and reconstruction. I am grateful to Microsoft for their support. There is still a lot of joint work ahead

 - emphasized Fedorov.

As a reminder,

Ukraine received a grant for 700 thousand euros from Germany to restore the Internet in the de-occupied territories from Germany.
