"At the moment, we know about one dead person. Six more are wounded, two in serious condition," Terekhov wrote on Telegram.
According to him, five-story buildings where people lived were heavily damaged. "The emergency surgery institute was also damaged," he said.
"We are currently establishing what the aggressor used to strike at civilians in Kharkiv," Terekhov noted.
