You can join the initiative at the cash desks of EVA stores by transferring any amount from 1 hryvnia from March 21 to May 8, 2024 inclusive. Or right now, you can donate on the project's website.
The global goal of the HEROYCAR platform, as agreed by the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is to purchase 1,000 vehicles for Ukraine's defenders. The funds raised through the joint initiative with EVA, Horseback Ride, will be used specifically to purchase 15 pickup trucks for the legendary Third Separate Assault Brigade, which is currently defending Ukraine on the Eastern Front. The cost of 1 vehicle is on average UAH 240 to 360 thousand, depending on the model and configuration.
"War requires not only courage and strength, but also intelligence and strategic thinking, just like playing chess. We are making every effort to ensure that thanks to the faithful iron horses from the HEROYCAR project, our defenders can repel attacks and inflict crushing defeats on the enemy and eventually confidently say: "Checkmate, occupiers." A horse is not the main piece in chess, just like a car at the front, but you can win a game with a horse. That is why EVA and I are launching another charity fundraiser for the frontline horses to increase the chances of the Ukrainian military to achieve strategic and tactical success in the fight against the enemy," explained Artem Skrypka, head of the HEROYCAR charity foundation.
