I also emphasized the importance of further increasing European defense production and reiterated my request to EU governments to direct investments directly to Ukrainian arms manufacturers. In addition, the diplomats reportedly discussed the use of frozen Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine and paid special attention to the EU's continued assistance in Ukraine's recovery.
Kuleba also thanked the EU for its readiness to provide additional equipment and assistance in the restoration of the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv.
