All the checkpoints in the Kyiv region should be put into operation. All districts and communities of the region have received the relevant order, said Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv RMA.
All the invincibility points in the Kyiv region should be switched to the working mode. All districts and communities of the region received the corresponding order following a meeting of the Kyiv Defense Council headquarters. This was announced during a briefing by Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv RMA, according to UNN.
The situation with energy supply is difficult. And we must do everything possible to ensure that people can recharge their cell phones and gadgets and call emergency services if necessary
Currently, according to RMA, 225 points are already operating. Another 397 are ready to open. They are being opened by local governments, SES units, responsible businesses, and Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.
"I receive a lot of complaints that people do not know the addresses of the centers. That is why I instructed those responsible, primarily community leaders, to update all the data and keep the community residents informed. Clear information: location, schedule and working conditions. Residents should not have to run around the entire settlement looking for a place to recharge their phones or gadgets," added the head of the Kyiv RMA.
Mandatory equipment of indestructibility points:
- light
- internet
- access to mobile communications of all operators
- water
- first aid kit
Kravchenko also instructed the heads of districts and communities to analyze the need to open additional points, given people's complaints that some places do not have them.

"If you have any problems with the work of any of them, you can leave a complaint there. I will promptly deal with it," he added.
In addition, at a meeting of the Kyiv Regional Defense Council headquarters, representatives of mobile operators discussed the lack of mobile communication due to the prolonged power outage. "The number of generators at the stations that provide communication needs to be increased. And mobile operators have assured us that they are already working on this and will increase their number in the near future," Kravchenko added.
He also added that all base stations are equipped with new type of batteries that should ensure uninterrupted operation of the network for several hours. However, in some places, after a power outage, the connection disappears either immediately or within an hour, as the batteries do not have time to recharge due to the prolonged absence of electricity. In addition, a number of batteries have expired. Therefore, mobile operators should provide objective information about the battery life and replace them if necessary.
