Head of Odesa RSA reports a large-scale Russian attack with over 80 missile targets in the region. Utilities are working to restore water, heat and electricity supply within 24 hours.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, spoke about the consequences of the morning Russian attack in Odesa region, UNN reports .

According to him, this morning the enemy attacked Odesa region with rockets.
In total, more than 80 targets passed by Odesa region: about 40 in Odesa region, the rest in transit to other regions
Kiper added that utility companies are working around the clock to provide the city and the region with heat, water and electricity.
