Details
According to the publication, the plan involves recycling a significant portion of construction waste into secondary materials, as well as removing part of the rubble. Some areas of Gaza may be completely cleared for further housing construction.
Security service warns of risks
A source in the security service told the publication that the negotiations are unprecedented in scale but expressed concern about their pace. According to him, implementing such plans before the disarmament of Hamas and the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip could have broader security implications.
At this pace, there will be no other choice but to resume hostilities to disarm it and eliminate its underground infrastructure
At the same time, no official confirmation from the Israeli government regarding the start of implementation of these plans has been published so far.
