In the context of the situation in the operational area of the OTU “Kharkiv” as of 9:30 a.m. on August 16, 2024, it is reported that the Russian occupiers regrouped their personnel near the village of Liptsi.
The regrouping was carried out “in order to support the assault operations, they are building up the communication system, replenishing ammunition and water supplies,” informs the “Kharkiv” military unit.
