Due to the lack of doctors in the TOT, the occupiers continue to bring medical teams from all regions of Russia. For example, doctors from Yakutia in Donbas are treating complex ophthalmic diseases. Also, "specialists" from Karelia come to the occupied territories of Ukraine to practice medicine. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance, UNN reports .
To remedy the situation with the shortage of healthcare workers, the occupiers are implementing the Zemsky Doctor and Zemsky Feldsher programs. It provides for high salaries and various bonuses. But it does not work either. Ukrainian doctors under occupation mostly refuse to cooperate with the enemy. That is why we have to bring specialists from the farthest corners of Russia. And not only specialists, but also interns are being agitated to do their internships in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine,
