On the night of April 1, several cases of carbon monoxide poisoning occurred in the Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. More than 10 people were hospitalized, including four children.

On the night of April 1, more than a dozen people, including four children, were poisoned by carbon monoxide in Ukraine. This is reported by UNN with reference to data from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

In Drohobych, Lviv region, two families were poisoned in their apartments at once. In the first case, three people were taken to the hospital, including a child born in 2015, in the second case, three people were also hospitalized, including a child born in 2011.
A similar accident occurred in the city of Gorodok: two residents of a private house were hospitalized. Among them was a child born in 2008.
Another case occurred in Marganets, Dnipropetrovsk region - due to carbon monoxide poisoning, two residents of a private house were hospitalized, including a child born in 2009.

At the beginning of 2025, 46 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning were recorded in Ukraine, 20 of them among children. Most cases were recorded in Chernivtsi and Lviv regions.
