A resident of the Poltava region, who committed sexual violence against her own six-year-old daughter and produced pornography, has been sentenced to 9 years in prison. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, according to UNN.
Juvenile prosecutors of the Hlobyne District Prosecutor's Office proved the guilt of the Poltava region resident in sexual violence against her own six-year-old daughter and a crime related to child pornography (Part 4 of Art. 153, Part 1, 3 of Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
The court imposed a sentence of 9 years of imprisonment with a prohibition on the right to work with persons under the age of 18 for a period of 2 years.
It was proven that in January 2025, the woman committed sexual violence against her daughter, recording her actions on a mobile phone. She posted one of the video recordings in an anonymous group on the internet. Additionally, she downloaded and stored child pornography materials on her phone.
Currently, the child lives with her biological aunt, and the mother is in custody. The woman pleaded guilty to the crimes.
After the sentence takes legal effect, information about the convicted person will be entered into the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Crimes Against the Sexual Freedom and Sexual Integrity of a Minor
