The authors of the initiative stated that they want to express disagreement with the decision of the Polish authorities and support for Ukraine, which continues to resist Russian aggression.
According to them, in 2023 Poland awarded Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people the Order of the White Eagle in recognition of the struggle for the freedom and security of Europe, and they consider Warsaw's current decision to be erroneous.

They also stated that support for Ukraine from a significant part of Polish society remains regardless of the decisions of politicians and political disputes between Warsaw and Kyiv.
