The driver of a car shot a pedestrian twice after being reprimanded for crossing the road. The police detained the shooter and seized the rubber bullet gun.

A road conflict involving shooting occurred in Kyiv, leaving one injured; police detained the suspected shooter, the Kyiv police department reported on Wednesday, according to UNN.

It was established that a conflict arose between the offender, who was driving a car, and a pedestrian. The latter, according to the police, was crossing the roadway at an undesignated location, and the driver made a remark to him, after which an argument erupted between the men.
Subsequently, the driver pulled out a weapon and fired several shots at the passerby. As a result of the incident, the Kyiv resident sustained injuries to his leg and back.
Law enforcement officers reportedly detained the shooter and seized a rubber bullet firing device from him. The man has been notified of suspicion of hooliganism.
