The Ministry of Health has launched the Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” service for free delivery of medicines to remote areas. 10 thousand over-the-counter medicines and medicines under the “Affordable Medicines” program are available.

About 10 thousand over-the-counter medicines are available in the assortment, as well as those under the Affordable Medicines program.
How to place an order?
-Check the validity of the e-prescription. If it was issued more than 30 days ago, contact your family doctor to update it.
-Call the hotline at 0 800 300 545.
-Provide the operator with the e-prescription number (16 digits) and the redemption code (4 digits).
-Select a drug from the list.
-Delivery of the order is free, and it can also be tracked through the official website of Ukrposhta, in the mobile application, as well as through a chatbot in messengers.
You can inspect the parcel upon receipt. It can be stored at the post office for 7 calendar days.
The project “Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” project was launched by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine together with Ukrposhta. And receiving medicines and medical devices under the “Affordable Medicines” program free of charge or with a small surcharge is possible thanks to an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU).
Recall
The Cabinet of Ministers added 30 new active substances to the Affordable Medicines program and allowed the purchase of medicines with eSupport funds. The list of medicines for children has been expanded and the network of pharmacies participating in the program has been increased.
