"Regarding the resonant video featuring the head of one of the territorial centers for recruitment and social support in Rivne region: (...) taking into account the public outcry from the publication of the materials, the officer in question wrote a report on his own initiative to transfer him to one of the combat units to continue his duties. The order on his appointment to the new place of service was signed by the relevant management," the Zakhid OC wrote on Facebook.
It is also stated that "the command has no complaints about the officer's performance of his tasks within the scope of his official duties." "However, we note that servicemen should not resolve personal issues in the workplace," the Zakhid Command said.
Reportedly, "the circumstances of the installation of recording devices in the office are being clarified within the framework of the activities of the relevant authorities.
The Zakhid organization also noted that "the leaked video footage was uploaded and disseminated to the public through resources and with the direct support of enemy opinion leaders." Therefore, citizens were urged to pay attention to the need to observe information hygiene and more thoroughly check primary sources.
