Grain exports this season are more than 20% higher than last year

Since the beginning of the marketing year, Ukraine has exported 21.256 million tons of grain, up 21.57% year-on-year. The largest exports were of wheat - 9.63 million tons and corn - 9.351 million tons.

Since the beginning of this marketing year, which began on July 1, Ukraine has exported almost 21.3 million tons of grain. UNN reports this with reference to data from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

Details

As of December 27, Ukraine exported 21.256 mln tonnes of grains and pulses in 2024/25 marketing year. This is 21.57% more than on the same date in 2023/24 MY.

At the same time, 2.882 million tons of grain were exported in December, which is 34.31% less than in the same period last year.

In particular, in 2024/25 MY, it has already been exported:

wheat - 9.63 million tons;

barley - 1.968 million tons;

rye - 10.8 thousand tons;

corn - 9.351 million tons.

Flour exports amounted to 37 thousand tons.
