The head of the RMA emphasized that regime restrictions are in place at the border. "Civilians are not allowed to stay there. At the same time, it is dangerous, because the border is constantly being reinforced, including by mining. You can stay in the border area only after obtaining a permit from the Border Guard Service," Koval said.
