Explosions were heard in Kharkiv, as reported by Mayor Igor Terekhov. The city and regional authorities urged residents of Kharkiv and the region to seek shelter immediately.
The occupiers are striking at Kharkiv. This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, UNN reports.
"Explosions in Kharkiv. Be careful!" - the mayor said.
The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, urged Kharkiv and the district to stay in shelters.
"Occupants are striking. Kharkiv and the district: stay in shelters!" said Syniehubov.
