Kyiv • UNN
Due to hostilities and shelling, consumers in five regions were left without electricity. Bad weather caused outages in over 160 settlements in four regions.

Hostile attacks and bad weather have left parts of eight regions without power supply, while electricity consumption is rising amid the heat and increased use of air conditioners, the Ministry of Energy and NPC "Ukrenergo" reported on Tuesday, writes UNN.
Hostile attacks
As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions are temporarily left without power supply
Energy workers, as stated, are doing everything possible to restore power supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work, it is noted, continues around the clock.
Bad weather
Due to bad weather, over 160 settlements in Sumy, Kyiv, Poltava, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions remain without power supply
Repair crews are working on restoration.
Consumption
"No restrictions are forecasted for today," the Ministry of Energy reported.
According to Ukrenergo, electricity consumption is rising due to "the establishment of hot weather across the entire territory of Ukraine, which leads to active use of air conditioners by consumers."
"Active energy consumption today should be shifted to daytime hours - from 10:00 to 17:00. We urge consumers to use electricity rationally," the Ministry of Energy emphasized.
