According to rescuers, as a result of the enemy attack in the Zhytomyr district, one person died, and 5 people are currently known to be injured. Among them is a child born in 2011. All victims were hospitalized to medical facilities.
At least 5 apartment buildings were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the buildings.
Rescuers and all relevant services are working at the scene. A heating point has also been set up to provide assistance to the population. Psychologists of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service provide the necessary assistance to local residents.
The fire has been extinguished. Currently, the liquidation of the consequences of the emergency is ongoing, the State Emergency Service summarized.
