The Defense Ministry announced the launch of electronic deferments in the Reserve+ app in November. People with disabilities and postgraduate students will be the first to use the service, followed by parents with many children.

The deferrals have been implemented. We are actively testing the service of instant electronic deferrals. In November, the next update of “Reserve+” will definitely include this service. People with disabilities and postgraduate students will be the first to receive electronic deferments. A little later, parents with many children

She noted that all other types of deferrals will be added gradually.

“We are moving to ensure that all categories of persons liable for military service who are eligible for a deferment can apply for it online,” Chernogorenko said.

Earlier, Chernogorenko reported that the Ministry of Defense has an idea to make the Reserve+ app an online TCCso that all services available in the TCC can be obtained through the app. In particular, it is planned that the application will allow to apply for deferment for large families and students.
