The document, prepared by the Institute for the Study of the Hostile State, was published by KCNA and criticizes Yoon for his “reckless remarks” about a possible war.
The book notes that the policies of the South Korean president, including his rejection of key elements of the inter-Korean agreement, his involvement in planning a nuclear war with the United States, and his desire to deepen cooperation with Japan and NATO, increase the risk of conflict in the region.
