In the first nine months of 2023, Ukraine's domestic budget revenues exceeded expenditures on national security and defense, which meets the requirements of international partners to finance defense within the country. The total amount of state budget resources reached UAH 3.3 trillion, with grants and loans covering non-defense priorities.
