U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Foreign Assistance Jeremy Lewin said that search and rescue teams, as well as medical and humanitarian supplies, will be sent to Venezuela.
According to him, the State Department has already deployed a disaster response team that is working with partners of the interim government of Venezuela.
Trump promised quick help
