Demand for used cars from the USA in Ukraine has fallen - market leaders in 2026 identified

Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainians have purchased 9,467 used cars from the USA with an average age of 7 years. The Ford Escape became the most popular model among gasoline cars.

Since the beginning of 2026, 9467 used cars imported from the USA have been sold in Ukraine. This is 1.5% less than last year. This was reported by UNN with reference to Ukrautoprom.
Details
The largest share of this number (59%) are gasoline cars. Electric vehicles accounted for 19%. Hybrid cars accounted for 12%, diesel cars - 6%, and cars with LPG - 4%.
The average age of American used cars that replenished the Ukrainian car fleet from January to March is 7 years.
The TOP-10 used cars manufactured in the USA included:
- FORD Escape - 1090 units;
- BMW X3 - 756 units;
- NISSAN Rogue - 690 units;
- BMW X5 - 635 units;
- TESLA Model 3 - 540 units;
- JEEP Cherokee - 521 units;
- VOLKSWAGEN Passat - 502 units;
- TESLA Model Y - 497 units;
- JEEP Grand Cherokee - 244 units;
- CHEVROLET Bolt - 208 units.
