The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine has warned about fake Reserve+ applications through which russians are trying to collect personal data of Ukrainians. Users are urged to use only the official website reserveplus.mod.gov.ua and check the developer, which should be the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

She urged Ukrainians to be careful and check the sources they go to. In particular, to use only the official Reserve+ website: reserveplus.mod.gov.ua.
Do not follow links that imitate the name reserveplus.mod.gov.ua and end in .top, .website, .org, etc.
When downloading the application, be sure to check that the developer is the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (MINISTERSTVO OBORONY UKRAINE).
