As of today, the estimated losses from the Russian attack on the Dnipro hydroelectric power plant amount to UAH 140 million, but the calculation continues. This was announced by the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine Ruslan Strelets during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.
If we talk about the losses caused by the racketeering in the DniproHES, they are estimated at UAH 140 million, but the calculation is still ongoing, because environmental damage is not only about the waste of destruction. Or water pollution. This includes explosions, burning, and the impact on all elements of the ecosystem. That's why we have a figure of UAH 140 million as of today.
