Czech minister wants the same military support for Ukraine as for Israel

After Iran's air attack on Israel was repelled by several states, Czech politicians called for a similar deployment to protect Ukraine's airspace.
After the defense of Israel by several states against an Iranian air attack, Czech Minister of European Affairs Martin Dvorak wants a similar deployment for Ukraine, which was supported by his colleague and main candidate from the Stan party in the European elections Danuše Nerudová, reports n-tv, UNN writes.

"The ayatollah's nighttime attack on Israel was successfully repelled thanks to a swift international response and a willingness to protect airspace. It is unfortunate that we do not protect the airspace over Ukraine with the same determination," Dvorak said at X on April 14.
His party colleague and main candidate for the Stan party in the European elections, Danuše Nerudová, agreed. "Ukraine deserves the same vigorous defense that Israel rightfully received from its allies yesterday (April 13 - ed.) evening," the Czech politician said.

After the Iranian attack on Israel on April 13, Israeli army spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said that Israel and its allies in the region intercepted the "vast majority" of missiles and drones, dozens of which were shot down outside Israeli territory.
