Kyiv's Shevchenkivsky Court has extended the detention of Ihor Kolomoisky until September 2, 2024 in the PrivatBank case. The court also set bail in the amount of 650 thousand subsistence minimums and imposed a number of obligations.

The court extended the term of detention for businessman Ihor Kolomoisky until September 2, 2024. The relevant decision was made today, July 18, by Judge Olena Chaika of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv, UNIAN reports UNN.

In case of bail, Kolomoisky is subject to a number of obligations. In particular:

  • appear when summoned to court in this criminal proceeding; 
  • not to travel outside the settlement of the place of residence without the permission of the detective, prosecutor or court; 
  • notify detectives of changes of residence and means of communication; 
  • refrain from extra-procedural communication with persons who are witnesses in the case; 
  • to deposit their passports and other documents for traveling abroad with the relevant state authorities.

“To determine the term of validity of the duties imposed on the suspect for a period of 2 months from the date of posting the specified bail,” the decision says.
