"In communities and regions, the liquidation of the consequences of yesterday's massive shelling of energy infrastructure continues. The most difficult situation is in Odesa region," Kuleba said.

According to the official, water supply is being restored in Odesa, and some locations are running on generators, and the Unbreakable Points have been deployed. Heating has been partially restored, and work is underway to fully restore heat supply.

Hospitals and other socially important facilities are supplied with alternative and backup energy sources, Kuleba added.

"Special attention should be paid to the town of Burshtyn in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Heat supply has already been launched there," he said.

He added that they are speeding up the installation of cogeneration units and modular boiler houses on the ground.

"In other regions, heat and water supply has been restored after the shelling," noted Kuleba.

"We have to be prepared for a very hard winter, and we are also working on decentralizing heat and power generation facilities so that Ukrainians can stay warm despite the enemy's attacks," said the Deputy Prime Minister.
