Senior students of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are being involved in patrolling around oil refineries and strategic facilities. Their task is to search for "spotters" and detain civilians who film the impact sites of UAVs.

Agents of the partisan movement "ATESH" among cadets of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia report that senior students are planned to be massively sent to reinforce active police officers. This is reported by UNN.
Details
According to the agents, senior students will be included in police groups for patrolling territories around oil refineries, oil depots, and strategic facilities.
The main task of such joint patrols is to search for "spotters," "adjusters," as well as to identify and detain civilians who film the impact sites of UAVs
It is indicated that the university's leadership is considering the possibility of counting such duty as educational practice.
"Future police officers perfectly understand that the regime is simply using them as a free human shield to protect oligarchic oil depots. None of the young guys want to risk their lives under drone strikes and catch their fellow citizens for generals' reports, so they are increasingly choosing the path of resistance and sabotage of orders from within," ATESH notes.
Recall
Agents of the "ATESH" movement reported that Muslim servicemen of the 126th regiment of the Russian Armed Forces are massively bribing commanders to get into the "Akhmat" units, which do not participate in attacks.
