A Russian resident is accused of "discrediting the army" because of a garland with the inscription "Glory to Ukraine!"
In the Russian Federation, a resident of Veliky Novgorod was charged with "discrediting the army" for wearing a garland with the inscription "Glory to Ukraine," UNN reports citing Astra.
The security forces arrived at the house after a denunciation. According to the owner of the apartment, the garland was supposed to display the inscription "Happy New Year" - the device is controlled via Wi-Fi, so someone else could have installed the inscription.
The garland was seized by the security forces.
