Details
The Ukrainian Veterans Foundation has always worked with veterans, but these are not only veterans, but also families of veterans and families of families of fallen defenders. Given that there are currently about a million people in the Defense Forces, we must understand that this should additionally include the category of their families, as well as the families of the fallen. Therefore, we can talk about a figure of about 5 million people. We have to understand that this entire veteran community is an integral part of our society
She noted that the Ukrainian Veterans Fund is working to provide opportunities for veterans, including career guidance, educational programs, and employment programs.
We must understand that with the war, with the experience of combat, values change, new competencies emerge, and these competencies must be properly used in civilian life
