In the area of Avdiivka, Russian occupants began to use less equipment due to weather conditions. This was reported by the spokesman of the Tauride Defense Forces, Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Stupun during a briefing on Tuesday, according to a correspondent of UNN .

According to the spokesman, the enemy conducted offensive actions east of Novobakhmutivka, also in the areas of Stepove, Avdiivka and Pervomayske. Ten attacks were repelled there. The enemy also tried to advance in the area of Maryinka, Pobeda and Novomykhailivka. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled 12 enemy attacks there.
Stupun also noted that despite the fact that the Russians started using less equipment in the Avdiivka sector, the enemy continues to advance with infantry units, in small groups, to complicate the work of Ukrainian artillery.

Over the past week, the enemy lost 196 units of weapons and military equipment in the Tavriya sector. Also, about 3300 occupants were killed or wounded.
In addition, two occupants surrendered yesterday. According to Stupun, sometimes enemies surrender in whole groups.
