A New Manager Has Appeared in the Trade Unions Building in Kyiv: Details of the Deal

The "KAMparitet" Consortium has become the new manager of the Trade Union Building in Kyiv. The state will receive a guaranteed payment of almost 1.6 million hryvnias every month.
The House of Trade Unions in the center of Kyiv, which was damaged during the Revolution of Dignity in 2014, has a new manager. This was reported by the ARMA press service, reports UNN.

The agency concluded a management agreement with the winner of the open competition - the consortium "Management Company "KAMparitet" became it.
According to the terms of the agreement, 89.85% of the income from the management of the object will be directed to the State Budget of Ukraine every month. Regardless of the financial success of the management, the state will receive a guaranteed payment of almost UAH 1.6 million every month, including at the expense of the manager's own funds.
The House of Trade Unions is located on Khreshchatyk, in the center of the capital of Ukraine, the building area is 13,892.2 m². It was built in the 1970s - in February 2014, the building almost completely burned down. Then the structures between the fourth and fifth floors collapsed: the fire was extinguished only in the morning of February 20.
The then authorities blamed the Euromaidan activists for this, and the protesters blamed law enforcement officers. In 2018, the House of Trade Unions was opened after a long restoration.
