According to Kravchenko, the center will serve more than 20,000 residents of the Prystolichna community, providing fast and convenient services.

"In total, this is the 5th center of this format in the region. ASCs are created according to modern standards so that citizens can comfortably receive the necessary services. I am grateful to the Ministry of Digital Transformation for this tremendous work," Kravchenko wrote.

The ASC provides 238 services. Here, you can register your place of residence, civil status, real estate, business, get passport, land, and a number of other services.

The space is fully equipped for unimpeded access for people with disabilities, and there is everything necessary to serve people with hearing impairments, including the ability to establish a video link with a sign language interpreter.

The ASC provides related services: a payment terminal and WI-FI are installed.

The Center's staff will also provide visitors with advice on how to use the Diia mobile application, if necessary.

"The opening of such centers is an important step towards simplifying communication between citizens and the state, as every Ukrainian has the right to accessible and efficient services," Kravchenko said.
