The offender was behaving aggressively, and reports were drawn up against him for malicious disobedience and disorderly conduct, the Kyiv patrol police reported on Saturday, UNN wrote.

"Today, a video of a man's detention in Kyiv was circulating on the Internet," the patrol police posted on social media. 

Kyiv Patrol Police provided an explanation of the situation: "Today, during a joint exercise with the staff of the recruitment and social support center, we noticed a suspicious man who, upon seeing the police, ran away. We quickly caught up and stopped the fugitive. Instead, the citizen began to behave aggressively, using foul language and pushing the police officers.

Reports were reportedly drawn up against the offender under Art. 185 (malicious disobedience to police demands) and Art. 173 (disorderly conduct) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

To further clarify all the circumstances, patrol policemen took him to the police department of the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv.
