A baby was killed in an accident near Kremenets, Ternopil region

In the village of Staryi Pochayiv, a Chrysler Raw Van crashed into concrete slabs. The accident killed a 4-month-old baby and injured the parents.
On Saturday, December 21, at about 10 a.m., an accident occurred in the village of Staryi Pochayiv, Kremenets district. As a result, a baby died. This was reported by the Main Police Department in the Ternopil region, according to UNN.
Details
According to preliminary data, a 32-year-old resident of the Kremenets district lost control of his Chrysler Raw Van on a rounded section of road and drove into concrete slabs.
The couple and their four-month-old son were in the car.
As a result of the accident, the child died in hospital from his injuries. The driver and his wife were injured.
The police are establishing all the circumstances of the accident.
The issue of registering this incident in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 2 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles that caused the death of the victim) is being decided.
